They just don't seem to be losing value in Pac NW. I'm hoping after more newer models hit the roads the prices will drop because one of these could be in my future.

Sti's don't depreciate. Only buy used if you like the older body styles.

esp w the new one being sedan only, i doubt these hatches will drop at all; maybe more wiggle room on sedans though

Knowing subarus in my area, the price might rise... I doubt it will drop more then 4k though, which makes it not worth waiting almost 2 years for.

It's not just STIs. All Subarus crawl through depreciation. My WRX is still worth quiet a bit of money.
